Terms & Conditions

The terms governing DigitalPartner.lk’s digitally delivered prepress, artwork, production-support and automation services.

Privacy PolicyTerms & ConditionsCookie PolicyDisclaimerContact

1. Acceptance

By requesting, purchasing or using services from DigitalPartner.lk, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Additional written quotations, platform terms or project agreements may also apply.

2. Nature of the service

We provide remote prepress assistance, print-ready file preparation, artwork correction, AI-assisted sticker and artwork generation, e-commerce listing graphics, print-production support and workflow automation. Deliverables are digital files or digitally delivered assistance. No physical products are sold or shipped through this website.

3. Project scope

The scope, price, turnaround, revisions and deliverables will be based on the information supplied by the customer and any written quotation or platform order. Material changes, missing files or additional requests may require a revised price or deadline.

4. Customer responsibilities

  • Provide complete, accurate instructions, dimensions, output requirements, deadlines and source files.
  • Review proofs and final files before printing, manufacturing, publishing or listing.
  • Maintain backups of all original files and supplied data.
  • Ensure that any content, trademarks, photographs, fonts, designs or data supplied to us may legally be used.

5. Copyright and intellectual property

Customers retain rights in content they lawfully provide. Customers represent that they have permission to use all supplied materials and are responsible for copyright, trademark, privacy and licensing compliance. AI-assisted artwork can produce similarities or unexpected elements, so the customer must review final artwork and obtain any required legal clearance before commercial use.

Copyright concerns may be reported to info@digitalpartner.lk with the relevant work, ownership details and requested action.

6. Accuracy and proof approval

We use professional care, but printing and production involve customer specifications, software, equipment, RIP settings, materials and operator decisions outside our control. The customer must inspect spelling, numbers, dimensions, bleed, colour settings, cut paths, barcodes, QR codes, variable data and final output before production. Approval or use of a delivered file constitutes acceptance of that file.

7. Colour and output variations

Screen colours, proofs and final printed output can vary because of monitors, profiles, inks, substrates, presses, environmental conditions and finishing. Unless separately agreed, we do not guarantee exact colour matching or physical production results.

8. AI-assisted work

AI-generated or AI-assisted content may require editing, verification and legal review. We do not guarantee that AI output will be unique, registrable as intellectual property, free of all similarity or accepted by every marketplace. The customer remains responsible for final commercial use.

9. Fees, payment and platform orders

Payment terms will be shown in the quotation, invoice, Fiverr order or Upwork contract. Work may begin only after required payment or milestone approval. Third-party platform fees and terms remain governed by those platforms.

10. Revisions and cancellations

Included revisions are limited to the agreed scope. New concepts, changed instructions, replaced source files or work requested after approval may be charged separately. Cancellation and refund eligibility depend on work already completed, costs incurred and any applicable Fiverr or Upwork rules.

11. Delivery and delays

Turnaround estimates begin after complete instructions, usable files and required payment are received. Delays caused by missing information, customer changes, internet failure, hosting problems, third-party platforms, force majeure or other events beyond reasonable control are not guaranteed against.

12. Confidentiality

We will use reasonable care to keep non-public project information confidential. This obligation does not cover information already public, independently developed, lawfully received from another source or required to be disclosed by law.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DigitalPartner.lk is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses, lost profits, lost production, missed marketplace sales, printing costs or claims arising from customer approval or use of delivered files. Any direct liability will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing law

Unless a mandatory law requires otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith communication.
